We deliver BIM at any LOD from LOD 100 to LOD 500. Our standard for industrial, nuclear, and pharmaceutical projects is LOD 400–500, which includes detailed geometry, material properties, fabrication data, and as-built information. We agree the LOD schedule with you at the start of the project in the BIM Execution Plan.
Timeline depends on scope, complexity, and data availability. A single-discipline Revit model for a mid-size project typically takes 2–3 weeks. A full MEP + Structural + Architectural coordinated LOD 500 model for a large industrial facility may take 6–12 weeks. We will give you a specific timeline after reviewing your project documents. You receive the complete deliverable package: native Revit .RVT files (all disciplines), IFC 2x3/4 export, Navisworks .NWD coordination model, 2D DWG/PDF construction drawings, quantity schedule Excel files, Navisworks clash report, BIM Execution Plan, and a model walkthrough MP4 video. We can accommodate any additional format requirements.
Our primary BIM tool is Autodesk Revit, but we also work with Tekla Structures for heavy structural steel, MicroStation for infrastructure projects, and AutoCAD Plant 3D for process plant BIM. We export to IFC for any other software ecosystem. We can work within your existing BIM environment.
Our zero-clash guarantee is backed by a rigorous process: after each modeling phase, all discipline models are federated in Navisworks Manage and a full clash test (hard, soft, and clearance) is run. Clashes are logged, prioritized, and resolved with the relevant discipline before the next phase begins. Final delivery includes a signed zero-clash certificate and the complete Navisworks clash report showing all clashes resolved.
